Okay look， I’m 24 years old and my mom said I needed to get my 2 month old nephew a present for his baptism so I picked up this book at Walmart and read it in probably less than a minute。 I was holding back tears。 My brother read it and we decided we needed to get this for our nephew。I just got home and read it again。 I wasn’t able to hold back the tears this time

This book is quite sweet。 It talks about a mother’s love transcending time itself。 The illustrations are captivating—it’s definitely a “pretty” book， one you wouldn’t mind having on display。 I do think this is more of a feel-good book for moms， as the story is a little less engaging for my daughter than other children’s books—However I still find it entertaining， and it could make a nice gift too。
